”The restaurant was beautiful and had a large selection of Bourbons. Dinner was excellent, although my husband didn’t receive what he ordered. Our room was average for the price we paid. Very small bathroom, with very little counter space to put anything. We opened our window to view large wrapped pipes. Not exactly what I hoped for when I paid for a Hilton experience. The bed was comfortable.”

”From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property is severely outdated and poorly maintained. The exterior alone raised concerns, with several individuals lingering around who appeared to be long-term occupants. Calling this place a “hotel” feels generous.
Walking into the lobby, we were hit with a strong odor—a mix of stale smoke and something reminiscent of a nursing home. It was overwhelming and set the tone for what was to come.
Despite the obvious red flags, we proceeded to check in....

”We arrived to this hotel expecting what was advertised as a newly renovated room. After getting a key, we walked in to a not so renovated room that reeked of multiple types of smoke. My husband went back to the desk to ask for a different room but they only had upstairs rooms and he hoped we could air our room out as we'd been driving for hours. I went out to Target to buy a room deodorizing spray. Even with the door being open for nearly an hour, it smelled awful. Started pulling back curtains...
