”Only stayed for one night, but really enjoyed it. A very nice room with a balcony, breakfast really good, stunning pool with river view and professional staff. Only downsides were the lack of a gym, noisy buggy cars crossing the bridge and the near by rooster that woke us up at 5:30 am. but this seems to be the case in 90% of South-East Asian hotels.”
”A great choice in Vang Vieng. The shipping container rooms are novel, comfortable, clean and cool. (I think Mr Kong is a bit of a genius.) Good AC, comfortable beds, nice showers, OK breakfast (but you'll need to grab a decent coffee nearby at Kiwi, or a 10 minute walk to wonderful Naked).
The location is great. Across the river from the noisier main drag but there's a walking bridge next to the hotel. It's quiet at night. There are 3 very good restaurants nearby- the pizza place, Kiwi...

”This is easily the hotel with the finest views in town. It’s clean, nice and very tranquil. We went with our two daughters (age 8 and 9) and they loved it here. Also going to the lagoons and driving the buggies.

There's nothing that we didn't like, but our advise for anyone getting there from the airport or railway station is to get a tuk tuk, rather than a shared minivan, as our shared minivan dropped us off at the wrong side...
