”I wanted to love this place but was sadly disappointed. I appreciate the effort, some really cool furniture, the woods were beautiful. But the door didnt lock, i didn’t feel very secure sleeping there with kids. The composting toilet was not exactly what i was expecting…it WAS a composting toilet but essentially it was going into a garbage bag. The wood stove worked nicely but the wood burned very quick and went out as you sleep so unless you add it all night you wake up cold. The bed had a kids...

”Property is perfect for 2 people. Location is 2 blocks from the plaza in downtown Arcata. Plenty of places to eat all within walking distance. I highly recommend this property. I will be back.”
