”Door keys never work, have to go to the office. Every time you leave your room and go back in. Because the keys homework, they say, that's because you put them by your phone, which is not true. Last time I stayed here, I had to go to the front every day and get them to let me in, because the key thing wouldn't work on the door there was a box in the room. Shower was terrible when we wouldn't drain. Soaps coming around the edge of it. It's just horrible. I will never stay there again.”
