”Location was great. The pools were well maintained. Parking was at times challenging but there is no way for any of the hotels in Pigeon Forge have the same issues. We would come again.”
”I don’t usually write reviews but thought I should for this one. This hotel is in a small town so I had to take that into consideration. The hotel room was ok. Very dated. The sign to the pool was still up but pool was covered with concrete. Loved the rocking chairs outside. The bathroom was dirty. Hairs in the tub. Brushed teeth with water that didn’t get cold. The breakfast was alright. No water. Told that I could get water out of fountain. Saw bugs on our dresser. Looked like fleas.”
”Room was clean, staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was ok. Several workers from nearby chicken plant staying there, which made it very loud in the halls at 5-6 in the morning as they were leaving for work. The pool and hot tub were covered up with plywood, sign stating under renovation. When clearly nothing was being done as the plywood had been there so long it is deteriorated. No sign of being renovated. Not worth $200 a night.”
