”Liked the shuttle service to Downtown Asheville although the minibus was filthy. However, we did have to call twice for a pick up and it took 45 minutes without explanation. We wished we had just got a Uber. When we didn’t have change to tip the driver, he didn’t open the door for us! ”

”I liked the Hotel, just thought the room set up was a bit odd, with toilet being with the shower, would make an odd stay for people who are not related.”

”Staff was very friendly and responsive. Looks like it's a bit of a work in progress with the building. Plenty of it looks recently updated, but I think there is a bunch more to go before it looks its best. Great location and fantastic views. Parking is a breeze”
