”The room was very neat and clean. It was exactly as listed. The bathroom was updated, the room was nice and there was access to a balcony that we could sit and have coffee on. It was located within walking distance to downtown and across from a park. It is a great location. Would definitely stay there again. ”

”This was THE best place I have ever stayed. I was traveling with my four kiddos and husband and there was plenty of space for us. The free snacks and ice cream made the stay for them memorable. The building itself had been beautifully restored and the space is huge. There is a great quiet and picturesque place to read and a beautiful old library with a gorgeous pool table for some fun. I can’t wait to go back! Beds were super comfortable and everything was spotless. I can’t recommend this place...

”Were it not for a hurricane, the grounds around the main house would be beautiful. The owner/operator family, like other victims, is building back as quickly as possible. The interim condition of the exterior shows what they went through. The unaffected main house and our guest room were well-appointed and very attentive. The breakfast buffet provided to all their guests was extraordinary extravagant, as delicious and varied as you’ll find anywhere! A true 5-star experience.”

”Lovely room and very cozy location in this in-town vintage architecture residential area. Quiet breezes where birdsong and fragrance of small gardens abound. Several fine restaurants a short distance away.”

”Dirt road/drive. Not a lot of room for navigation, but enough room to move around. The house was quaint and perfect. Check in was an envelope left on a table. Perfect! Serves a purpose for a one night stay. No refrigerator and limited outlets. Would stay again!”

”We were in town for Alumni Weekend at Washington & Lee and were very pleased to find this loft. We felt like we were just close enough to town for it to not feel far, but just far enough away to have some peace and quiet. We really enjoyed meeting the horses and would return here next time we are in Lexington. Thanks for a great stay!”
