”At some point, I'm sure it was an especially nice property. I was expecting a higher-end experience. The location was great. The price seemed lower than one might expect.
My biggest complaint is that it wasn't clean. The plastic utensils were greasy. The glasses had old lipstick on them. The carpet was stained. The livingroom television didn't work. There were mosquitos in the room.
The entrances to the unit were unsightly with rust stains.”

”We were checked in with no problem then pointed to the elevators. Being a large resort, I assumed we'd be given a map, but NOPE! Staff giving directions is sufficient in their mind! The first room we were in was okay in size, but the refrigerator was barely cool. I attempted to turn it up, but the knob was missing so I had to fidget a few to figure it out. The temperature never did cold though. My husband noticed a large wet spot while he was setting up his CPAP. We called to report the spot and...

”Overall an excellent experience, room was updated & spotless, staff very friendly and helpful while the breakfast was also very generous with scrambled eggs/sausage patty/waffles/fruit/cereals/yogurt/coffee & juices. This hotel sits on a very steep hill and the driveway approach & departure pattern, with very narrow turns, could cause a problem for any guest towing a trailer of any size. That being said I still gave the property a 5 star rating.”

”We would definitely stay here again it’s a wonderful experience the only thing I would suggest upgrading would be the breakfast and get away from the usual hotel style but other than that thank you very much!”
