”Guy checked me in the wrong room and then had me move or pay extra. Wouldn’t be a problem but it was 1am and I was exhausted. The hotel wasn’t even fully booked. ”

”Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly...

”The property was not bad other than we had no hot water and the room did not smell good. A late checkout was offered but I was checking out while I was letting them know there was no hot water. Overall this was not a good experience stay.”

”I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available.”

”The staff were very kind and clear. The room was not very clean. It was obvious the floors hadn’t been swept/vacuumed, the shower walls had not been cleaned (hair and soap visible), the microwave had many finger prints visible, the top sheet was stained and had holes in it, the fitted sheet was fine but felt old and pilled, the tv never had signal, and the phone in the room did not work. I didn’t use any amenities so can’t speak to those. ”

”The TV needs to be updated, elevator slow, both of these are not deal breakers. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly, the waffles 10/10”

”Very clean and quiet. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is great. Sooooo convenient to get to TMobile Arena for Big 12 basketball championship. Also near to trolley, and a number of quality restaurants.”

”The property was very clean and comfortable. There was a loud noise that was banging periodically through the night that made it hard to sleep. However, the winds were blowing at 50 mile an hour plus so I am sure that that had something to do with it. I didn’t realize there was no parking other than the parking garage that is attached to the hotel and they don’t tell you until you check in that. It is $30 to park there each day. All in all, I would stay there again however if there is a another...

”The overall look of the place was very worn and not well kept. Hallways needed vacuumed and floors swept and mopped. Furniture in dining area was stained and very worn down. I tried using the treadmill 1 wouldn't work at all the other started but stopped working after a few minutes with a check motor code. There was a clipped toenail on the floor and used earbuds on equipment. Breakfast was also very sub par. Very sad, because our last visit was very nice..”
