Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was too far from the thruway and in a very isolated area with no restaurants or retail. TV was terrible and beds too high to get into. 2nd floor walk-up challenging for seniors with luggage.

Was disappointed. The housekeeping staff had to show us how to use the TV. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and there was not enough light in there. We got an accessible room as I have MS and need a walk-in shower. The shower floor was so slippery that my husband almost fell twice. I put ...
