”I was on Concierge level - a first for me. The room was amazing! Concierge level had a separate lounge Mon thru Friday for Continental breakfast. On Saturday I had to go to main restaurant for breakfast where it was very understaffed, they ran out of many main items early, they didn’t speak English (cook said 5 minutes for everything and I waited 30 minutes and didn’t get my item; server didn’t understand Earl Gray Tea), and the selections were much less than what was available at concierge...

”This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

”It was a slightly updated migrant hotel. Lots living there. It’s supposed to be smoke free but they were smoking in the rooms every night.”

”I had a terrific stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful. But when I woke up with mysterious bites all over me, I did my research. I have several videos and pictures of the copious amounts of bed bugs in my sheets. I brought it to management attention and again were super helpful. However, after staying several nights before the discovery, we were only compensated for ONE! So beyond furious! Just do better people. That is all.”
