”Such a beautiful house, we had a super comfortable stay. The yard was perfect for our fur babies, they had plenty of space to run around. Kitchen was fully equipped and there were even a few games for the kids to play. Would definitely stay here again ”

”A lovely home but not ideal for 8 women who have not seen each other for a while and were a bit excited. We constantly had to remind ourselves when outside on the balcony. Neighbours deliberately stood in the street and counted heads and may have recorded us talking. Great home and facilities and location.”

”The unit itself was great and the proximity to beach, petrol, cafe, restaurant, grocery store so convenient. Far less hectic than Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay but close enough for an easy drive and day out.”

”Location perfect, house was lovely. Beds fantastic. Was not a modern home but it was perfect for our families. The other reviews did have me very worried about our stay but I was very pleasantly surprised. The patio and views were just spectacular. The is no TV upstairs but we actually loved that. Please don’t let the previous reviews stop you from booking. We had a great holiday. ”

”The check in was smooth. There was a hiccup with bed linen, missing linen for 2 guests but it was sorted the same day. Which was fantastic! Great location close to the beach, which was superb! It was clean. Great service.”

”Lionel Gem was beautiful place to stay, very clean and tidy house. Perfect location as well being a 5 minute walk into town, and about a 10 minute walk to the sands of Wreck Beach, where I used to frequent as a little kid on family holidays 20+ years ago. Wish we could have stayed longer, but would love to book again for my next holiday.”
