”Mid stay”

”I'm not a big fan of self-service check-in and -out but everything worked well and we slept like babies. No noises at all. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was tidy. ”

”Loistava sijainti, lähellä useita ravintoloita ja nähtävyyksiä. Huoneeseen kuului aamiainen joka oli ihan ok, ei mitenkään erityinen.”

”I loved everything about my stay at the Hyatt! The location was perfect, everything was nearby which I loved; some were walkable and some were a 10 minute Uber ride. The hotel was clean, well maintained and welcoming. The staff made the experience even better with their warm hospitality. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, delicious and a wonderful bonus. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area”

”I only had a short stay, which was sad, because in this hotel I would have enjoyed to stay much longer. The hotel has excellent location, looks amazing and the service is super friendly. Will definitely come again”

”I was very disappointed with this property and would not stay again. There was a high pitch tone in the room at night and in the morning. There was a 30. daily fee added to the $300+ a night charge but could be used in restaurant so I went there for breakfast. The coffee was undrinkable and the food quite bad. Service the same. ugh Penty of other places to choose from.”

The rooms are outdated, poorly cleaned, and terribly maintained. The noise levels are unacceptable. Housekeeping staff constantly slam doors in the hallways, creating continuous disturbances and making it nearly impossible to relax. I find it astonishing that a hotel with such poor standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service could...

”While the hotel shows online pictures of a beautiful bar and restaurant, there weren’t any. That was very disappointing. The ceilings are low in the bathrooms. The room was nice. Front desk staff were excellent and very friendly.”

”The 30 dollars fee i think is unecesary you dont use it”

”Good location, amenities, and staff. No complaints about the stay. Plenty options provided at breakfast and the operating window is longer than other hotels. There is a chance it can get quite loud at night if there's an event at Union Market and/or nearby entertainment venues.”
