”The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. ”

”Office personal was friendly, was able to check in an hour early, that was the only thing that was nice at the “Travel Inn”. Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster. Toilet paper holder was crooked and was barely on the wall being held up with clear silicon, towel holder that was above the toilet was missing from the wall with the...

”The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and approachable. I would definitely stay there again if ever in that area. I left early with no time for breakfast but others seemed to enjoy it. ”

”This an “in town” location so lots is in walking distance. There was a bit of traffic noise, sirens woke us up in the morning. A good value. ”

”It Smelled as soon as you walked in front doors… It was filthy there’s construction going on and it looks like a construction site stuff all over the floors in the elevator. Inside the room, thank goodness the beds were firm. The shower was not clean properly. There was someone else’s hair all over it. Would definitely not recommend or stay there again”

”The hotel was excellent—honestly, the room felt very cozy. However, for a group of five people, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, and the room cleaning and upkeep were of high quality. That said, the bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail. Everything was in place and fully stocked, but it lacked thorough cleaning, especially in the shower area. On the other hand, the included breakfast was outstanding and of very high quality.
