A large, carefully planned space with contemporary furnishings and finishes, perfect for telecommuting. The apartment is fresh and welcomes you clean and equipped for your comfort. It has:

-3 bedrooms with closet and air conditioning.
-2 full bathrooms with towels, hygiene amenities and hot water.
-Fully equipped kitchen to cook all your food and snacks.
-Coffee maker to enjoy your morning coffee.
-Dining room for 6 people.
-Living room with Smart TV so you don't miss your favorite shows.

In addition, you will also have at your disposal clothes iron and basic cleaning products.

In the Punta Rio building you can make use of amenities for the whole family.

We accept your small pets upon request and with an additional cost of $150 MXN.

Guest Access:
For security reasons, when you arrive at the Punta Rio building, you must show an ID and indicate the address where you are going at the booth ( they will give you instructions to receive keys and control).

We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. Our staff will meet you at the entrance of the property to hand over the keys and welcome you as you deserve :)

The building where the property is located is secure and totally private. It has 24 hour security. For your comfort we have an elevator.

We have 1 parking space reserved for you.

The property is very well located. All around you will find a variety of beaches, plazas, stores, restaurants, cafes, casinos, ice cream parlors, parks, banks, and more activities to do.

Getting Around:
The drive from the Veracruz International Airport to the property is approximately 20 minutes.

We recommend you arrive at the property by car. We suggest:
-Take a cab at the airport
-Use mobility apps
-Rent a car at one of the agencies upon landing

Other Things to Note:
We kindly ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Additional services:
-Cleaning fee: $400 MXN
-Pet admission: $150 MXN

The apartment is located on the first level.

We will be attentive to anything we can do to complement your stay, you will feel happy and welcome in this property.
-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
