”We stayed for 3 nights in this comfortable, cozy cottage. We had everything we needed. The owner has thoughtfully provided all the comforts of home. The deck overlooks a lovely view of the river. We were able to walk to a few local restaurants. The public beach is nearby(walkable). We definitely would recommend this unit! We hope to return in the future.”

”We normally stay in Santa Cruz but I think we liked Bodega Bay better. The house was beautiful and right on the beach. Beautiful views and we were able to hear the ocean from our bedroom. Property was clean and beautiful.”

”The unit was lovely, clean, cozy and peaceful. Amazing deck and hot tub, with views / sunsets across the bay. And, I think we were very fortunate since the houses/units on both sides of us were unoccupied, which made the space and setting that much more relaxing and felt like all our own for a weekend. Easy parking right in front. One very minor downside for us is that you cannot walk anywhere from here - it's a very narrow stretch of the road with little/no walking space - so we had to drive...

”My two kids and I had a nice stay at the Sundog Cottage. The lovely cottage was fully stock, had super comfy beds, and was just a short walk to the beach and general store. It's also a perfect place to bring your pet - we brought our dog and he loved laying out in the sun on the deck and in the backyard.”

”We had a wonderful weekend away from the city without having to go too far from SF, but still felt like we were out in the country. Short walk to the beach, beautiful but not a beach you can really swim at, would have to drive a bit for that. Awesome to have a functional wood stove which added a nice relaxing vibe after sundown. ”We spent three nights at the Admiral’s Quarters. It is a great place to stay while enjoying the Pt. Reyes/Tomales Bay area. The location is close to many attractions and has a beautiful view of the bay, particularly at sunset..The interior is charming and includes everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts, Fred and Karen, are good communicators and a pleasure to work with. This was our third stay, and we look forward to returning.”

”This warm, cozy and simply wonderful beach house was just perfect for our family vacation. The amazing views were enjoyed both inside with the back side of the house completely covered in windows & on the lovely deck outside. ”Adorable cabin right on the creek. It had all the necessities, enough kitchen stuff to cook a bit there, and plenty of blankets and space heaters to stay cozy on cold evenings. During the day, it's a close walk to a state beach (not dog friendly) or short drive to other beaches, hiking, and little towns like Valley Ford and Bodega Bay. Cabin was clean and tidy with easy check in/out via text. Overall a great stay!”

”When you walked in, the house is very open and welcoming. They have everything that you need, no need to run to store for shampoo/conditional. Kitchen has all the appliances. Beds are comfortable and clean. A great getaway for girls or family trips. We would definitely come back.”
