"The Maples" is a stunning refurbished detached house nestled on the edge of Hustyns Hotel grounds which offers spa facilities within the most superb woodland backdrop. This beautiful spacious property sleeps six people over three king size and super king size bedrooms all with de luxe en-suites. There are two separate living areas, one of which is on the first floor. The property is set over two floors, with two of the bedrooms on the ground floor. The house has a very impressive, stylish and expansive open plan living/dining/kitchen/breakfast area which has been finished to an extremely high standard. Outside, there are two separate driveways offering excellent off road parking facilities. There are superb large side gardens, one of which has a newly built oval pod with log burner and seating area where you can simply kick back in this oasis of calm, sip a glass of wine & enjoy the views beyond.
For those walkers, explore the lovely forest & countryside walks which are literally on your doorstep allowing you to take in the most beautiful views of the rolling hills. There is a cycle route from the neighbouring forest which leads all the way to the Camel Trail, which is famous for providing a beautiful scenic cycle and walking trail into Bodmin or in the opposite direction towards Padstow. For the explorers & surfers, venture slightly further afield to the breath taking coastal paths, turquoise seas & sandy Cornish beaches.

The kitchen has all built in 'Neff' appliances including induction hob with built in extractor, fridge/freezer, fan oven and separate microwave combi oven. There is a 'Quooker' system tap in the kitchen with instant boiling water, so, no need to boil a kettle! In a separate fitted utility area there is a washer/drier. in the living area you can enjoy a 65" Sony 4k Ultra HD TV with Surround sound system including Freeview, & Netflix. There is also a second TV on the Mezzanine living area and a selection of Games. Fuel & power included. All Bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel provided. There are leisure facilities at the Hotel including an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, outdoor tennis court, crazy golf and gym, these facilities will be at an additional cost to the guest, which can be booked directly with Hustyns Hotel.
Nearby Wadebridge Town is a lovely market town with an array of independent shops and restaurants. There is a charming art deco style local cinema for those movie buffs.
