Located in a country park in the middle of the Cornish countryside, a rural retreat with stunning outdoor spaces to enjoy. With almost 100 acres of parkland and 2 acres of well stocked fishing lakes, plenty of wildlife and some rare wild flowers - this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Bodmin Bungalow is a single storey attractive, spacious and comfortable detached bungalow in a prime position on a holiday park, close to Bodmin and Padstow.

There is a central leisure complex which includes the indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, small shop, bar and restaurant. The restaurant is closed during the winter.

Outdoors are two all-weather tennis courts, childrens play area, lakeside walking trails and a scenic jogging track. Two well-stocked coarse fishing lakes are on-site. There is also The Dreadlock Escape Rooms, a fun and fully-immersive experience for people of all ages and experience! Extra charges apply for some activities.

This bungalow has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with sliding patio doors opening onto a patio with garden furniture and views over the countryside. Here the whole family can enjoy a relaxing break away in a safe and peaceful environment and experience many of the wonderful things Cornwall has to offer.

There is a double bedroom with new en-suite shower room, a new family bathroom with corner bath and separate shower and two twin bedrooms one with en-suite. There is also two fold up beds which can be used for two extra guests, these are ideal for young children.

The Bungalow is fully equipped with everything you need for a great self-catering family holiday including a dishwasher, washing machine, large TV, wifi, patio and garden furniture and lots of outdoor space.

There is also ample off road parking. Bodmin bungalow has electric storage heating & wall mounted panel heaters throughout, for warmth all year round.

Just a few minutes walk to reception, bar, pool, gym, outdoor play area and lakes and a short drive to shops, pubs and many beautiful beaches including Padstow and Watergate Bay.

Waterside coarse fishing lakes provide an unrivalled experience for amateur and experienced anglers alike. The two lakes are well stocked with 12 species of fish, including common and mirror carp as well as quality roach, rudd, bream and tench. Mixed catches of 50lb are common and the lake record stands at 156lb. Fishing licences are required by law. Fishing is free to residents.

This holiday park is set in the heart of the beautiful Cornish countryside on the edge of Bodmin with detached spacious lodges on a small development with fishing lakes, plenty of wildlife, walking trails, cycle tracks and lots of activities within easy reach. The Eden Project is about eight miles away, the UK’s surfing capital, Newquay, is a half hour drive, and there are many magnificent beaches to choose from.

The property is self check in, details will be provided just before you go.

All the bedding is provided but please remember to take your own towels. If you would like to use the travel cot please take your own bedding and mattress if needed.

Dogs are welcome to stay, there is an extra charge of £6 per night for 1 dog and £9 for 2.
