”The location of this property is bliss. Nothing but relaxation watching the eagles, ferry and freighters pass by. Got to watch the osprey fish every and and the eagle chase it out of it's territory. Mornings spent on the porch are a special start to each day. A short walk along the beach takes you to a sand bar where the swimming is spectacular. Nice sandy beach with shallow water perfect for kids of all ages. Take a chair, sit or lay in the water and work on your tan. The house had everything...

”The cottage is very rustic and I found the bed to be uncomfortable, but the location more than makes up for it. Being right on the beach with the view of Lake Huron was fantastic. It's a great spot to go off the grid for a week to relax. It requires some additional up front planning since you're on the island and can't run to a store if you forget something, but that's a positive to me because if you've prepared well, you never need to leave the beach.
