Old and boring
Door to the pool was closed all day. Breakfast was boring. No coffee on the lobby. Stinky old hotel and staff was rude.

Was stuck in a blizzard and the staff was great trying to keep the kitchen open and everything running while they were dealing with limited staffing and weather challenges, which drove more than the average customers during this. Period.
