This one level home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen stocked with all of the essentials and a dining table with seating for 6 plus a bar top seating. All of this is accessible on the main level and with no stairs on the property, this home is extremely comfortable and accessible for people of all ages and friendly for travelers with any conditions or limitations with physical abilities. The incredible backyard is gigantic with a grass lawn that makes for a more than comfortable area for pets & kids to explore safely should they accompany you on your travels. The light chirping of birds playing provides a sense of serenity that can’t be beat.

The bed accommodation set up is as follows:

In the main level living area you can kick back and enjoy a 65” Roku Smart TV, equipped with all of your favorite streaming needs of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime video and so much more.

We have a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. Come and go as you please, we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time!

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$50 for 1 dog

$100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Smoking & Substance Policy

Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons
We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
