”Very friendly staff”

”We stayed at this hostal twice. First time it was good, we had a nice room, everything went good and we felt comfortable coming back to the same place. but the second time they couldn’t find our reservation even though we made it through hotels a long time ago. They couldn’t offer us the same room we booked but had another room that we decided to stay in. It was a very unpleasant experience, bugs in the beds and dogs barking outside all night, we barely slept. We changed hostal the day after. ...

”ドアが完全に閉まらない。鍵がかからない。鍵がもらえない。部屋のトイレと洗面所の水が出ない。朝食の時間が8-9時とアプリとは違う。それなりに助けてはくれるが、オススメのホテルではない。”

”We stayed at this property for four nights and found it very well maintained, quiet, with large rooms. They had a lovely breakfAst each morning with eggs and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was weak wi-if on the second floor. We highly recommend this facility if you are going to Sucre.”

”Staff were helpful about booking a taxi and making sure I got away OK (5.00 in the morning!) but not very helpful in carrying my luggage up three steep flights of stairs.”

”There are two good things about this hotel: location and hot water. The hotel is located in a good and safe location in Tupiza, and about 5-minute walking from the central bus station. It is an old hotel and inside some rooms you can smell sewage odor; however, it does have hot water in the bathroom. You can find better hotels in Tupiza with price that I paid for this hotel.”
