”The room was clean & the location great! Also appreciated the coffee pods & helpful, cheerful cleaner that came through in the mornings. Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router. We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door...

”When I booked this room on Hotels.com I was under the impression that it was a real hotel. Didn’t discover until my arrival that it was actually an apartment that had been converted into a so called hotel room. The most challenging drawback was gaining access to the building and room. You have to call the number listed and have someone meet you in front of the building with the keys. The guy didn’t speak any English and I don’t speak Italian.
