There was some work being done in the corridor but that did not impact our stay. We were meeting family and exploring the area and found it was close to the major roads. ”A five star hotel/B&B. Good location and amazingly quiet at night. Garden rooms were massive with separate lounge areas. Very well equipped and very clean and modern. The addition of a private patio with furniture is a special bonus. The staff were lovely. The restaurant was amazing with good choice and lovely presented food .. the full cooked breakfast can only be described as spectacular. Well recommended and hope to come back.”

The apartment we stopped in is definitely getting a little tired with a few repairs required however it has everything you want and nothing you don’t need. Would recommend for those transiting through Mansfield. The area (given I grew up there) is one of the better areas of Mansfield and the property is gated so nice and secure.”

”Everything was excellent and the room was lovely apart from one member of staff in the restaurant who didn’t seem like she was interested or could be bothered with the job.
When one of us ordered the mixed grill in the restaurant she asked how we wanted it and then we had to find out what she meant and finally she said it was the steak, rather than just asking how we wanted the steak cooked.
Also as a separate note we asked what beers you had on draught and were asked if we meant beer or lager...

Our room was very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The shower was big with great water pressure.
