I tried to ask for an extra pillow (5 months pregnant) so that I could more comfortably lay in bed but they said they had a 2 pillow policy and wouldn't give me one more. The house is great. It is spacious and we had everything we needed for the week. We got our codes and information in advance of our arrival and had no issues getting in.
