Unfortunately, with bookings through OTAs we do not have direct contacts of you guests and the only possibility we have to give you communications is through the Expedia portal chat. One day before the arrival of our guests, all directions are sent and also the addresses of the facility and parking lot. We are very surprised that you were not able to find us easily as we are located in the historic center near the famous Otzi museum attraction. We are sorry to read that you were not able to turn off the bathroom heater and that you could not find the cutlery which is present in all kitchens only that in some of them as in your case it is located in the double drawer present where the pots and pans are.
