âWe stayed at Comfort Hotel Kista on an extremely busy weekend (Taylor Swift's Eras Tour) and everything with the hotel went as smooth and easy as can be! âThe apartment is new and clean. The reception were friendly and helpful, but they're missing a lot of basic stuffs in the room such as towels, dishwashing detergents, cloth hangers, hair dryer etc. We booked two rooms for 2 and another for 3 person. The sofa was supposed to be extra bed for the third person, but it haven't been made. We went to ask for the extra sheets, pillow and blanket and there were none. The key cards weren't working, we needed to went back and forth all the time.â

NÀr vi pÄtalade besvikelsen över att luftkonditioneringen ej fungerar, fick vi till svar "Jag kan bara beklaga".

Vi gav en ypperlig chans igen, dÄ vi frÄgade om frukostmöjlighet före 06:30, nÀsta dag, pga tidig bÄtavgÄng. Men det gick inte att ordna.
Som lök pÄ laxen: Fast vi hÀngt "Do not disturb" pÄ utsidan vÄr dörr, hade ÀndÄ nÄgon varit inne pÄ vÄrt rum vid tvÄ tillfÀllen.

Fina grönomrĂ„den, bla Hagaparken helt runt hörnet. Hotellet lĂ„nade ut cyklar gratis. BaromrĂ„det mysigt, helt otroligt vinutbud. Extra plus för att den italienska restaurangen hade glutenfri pizza! âMajoituspaikka oli siisti ja kohtalaisen rauhallinen. Kaksi kertaa palohĂ€lytys ajoi meidĂ€t pihalle. PysĂ€köinti oli ilmoitettu 150 SEK/pĂ€ivĂ€ tai 500 SEK/30 pv. Kuitenkaan ei ollut mahdollista valita 30 pv vaihtoehtoa. Sen lisĂ€ksi mikĂ€li kĂ€vi muualla jossa oli Easypark piti hotellin pysĂ€köinti keskeyttÀÀ ja aloitta uudelleen kun palasi, joten 150 sek/pĂ€ivĂ€ ei toteudu. Loppuvaiheessa Easypark veloitti 24h pysĂ€köinnistĂ€ jo 170Sek/pĂ€ivĂ€. Rahastusta melkolailla. Ilmanvaihto todella huono huoneistossa....

Olisimme toivoneet enemmÀn mahdollisuutta pÀÀstÀ syömÀÀn sekÀ viettÀmÀÀn iltaa pihalle kauniiden ilmojen kunniaksi mutta span puolelle, jossa se olisi ollut jokseenkin ulkona mahdollista, pÀÀsi vain 390kruunun maksulla per pÀivÀ per henkilö. Pieni huone on ok, mutta verhoja oli pakko pitÀÀ kiinni sillÀ valvontakamera oli heti ikkunan takana sÀngyn kohdalle osoittaen. Oli aika koiran koppimainen tunnelma joten olimme Uppsalassa yhden yön toisessa hotellissa.

"We stayed in the hotel for three nights. I made a booking for a Junior suite to accommodate for our family and pet. Unfortunately, we were downgraded to a Family room due to the suites not allowing for pets. Pet was charged for an additional SEK200 at the hotel. This was confusibg as they did not mention any restrictions to rooms on the hotel official website nor on hotels.com.
The room air conditioning did not work & windows were locked. Thus, the room was really warm during the 20c outdooe weather. Sleeping was not easy for this.
Other than this, the hotel was nice, spacious and clean. The location was great for visiting central Stockholm. "

The location is super good as the Strawberry Arena and the Mall of Scandinavia are next to the hotel. Also, the train station is on the other side of the mall, just a few hundred meters from the hotel."
