Stratton Mountain Home - Hot Tub, Sauna, Fire Pit, & MORE!

Your whole group will love the easy access to endless amenities including skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, kayaking fishing, golf, tennis, shopping, restaurants and more! Our family home is off the access road to Stratton mountain with only a 7 minute drive to the base. The VERY well maintained 27 hole golf course that over looks the mountain is only 5 minutes away. With a 10 PERSON HOT TUB, sauna and fire pit you`ll have everything you need to relax after a day of exploring!

Early check-in fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)
Late check-out fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)

***If you are visiting in the winter, it is highly recommended that you travel with a vehicle with AWD.

***A hold in the amount of $500 will be placed on your credit card prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental charges. This is not a charge but an authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 5 days of the checkout date, provided no damages or additional charges are assessed.

The host Casey is very responsive which we truly appreciated, but "An Oasis", this is not. The house is worn and the bathrooms were not cleaned to the level they should have been. Casey offered to have the cleaning service return, but with a house full of kids, we didn't want the disruption. The master bedroom tv on the top floor didn't work, which we didn't realize until our first evening, so we were without a tv the first night. However Casey had it replaced the next morning which we appreciated. The coffee maker didn't work, and the fireplace flue didn't function properly, so we quickly had to douse our beautiful fire with water to put it out, as smoke started entering the house - we couldn't enjoy a fire. And the firepit area outside wasn't shoveled so that area could not be used. I just think owners should check that everything works in their home before new renters arrive. Hopefully all these items will be fixed/replaced before the next set of renters arrive. The location of the home is perfect! Truly only a 5 minute drive to Stratton Mountain. And again, Casey was very responsive which was great.

The place is beautiful with lots of things to do at the house. It’s a beautiful area with lots of food options within 25 mins. The hot tub, sauna, and fire pit were killer. Casey was great. Quickly answered any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back here next year. Thank you!!

Successful golfing trip even with the rain

With a 4 minute drive to Stratton Golf course, we couldn't have booked a better spot for a golfing weekend. Though our stay was burdened with unpredictable rain, our group of 14 were able to make this a great weekend stay. During the rainy moments, we were all able to hangout comfortably in the house. Never felt like we were crammed thanks to the large, spacious living area. Once the rain passed and we wrapped up a great 18-hole game, we were then also able to enjoy the backyard with some games and a nice fire. Having a grill on site was also a great bonus. There were no issues with our stay, but when we had some questions, Casey was great in responding. The welcome guide and communication before arrival helped us feel comfortable and knowledgable on our stay. The kindest part was when one of the guys accidentally left a device after our stay, Casey was able to work with me to locate it and send it out. Couldn't be happier! Thanks for the stay. It was a great kickoff to the summer!

Perfect long weekend!

The house was exactly as pictured. Clean and spacious for our large group. The open floor plan made it great for socializing even when people were cooking. We loved the fire pit (with wood supplied!), huge hot tub, and space for lawn games. The hosts were extremely quick to get back to us when we had any questions before checkin and during our stay.

Property was great for a short impromptu getaway. Casey was wonderful to deal with and super flexible with last minute dog change. Humans and pups had a great stay. Property was great, lots of room. Was able to use the fireplace, hot tub and fire pit which were fantastic. Great location. Bummer I didn’t see a bear or moose.

Great Location near Stratton!

Very nice, clean property! Everyone enjoyed their stay. The hot tube and sauna were a blast. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Would be a ton of fun to come back in the winter to ski Stratton or Mt. Snow.

Perfect Family Accommodations

This location provided us all we could have wanted and more in a Vermont vacation home. The family room/kitchen area was our favorite place to gather at the end of a ski day but not before a trip to the hot tub and/or sauna. This home was the perfect place to hunker down on the day we got such a tremendous amount of snow. Movie day, puzzles, games and some cocktails all by the fire. Casey was a tremendous communicator with any minor questions we had. During and after the snowstorm he made sure we were plowed. This location provided us with the family experience we were looking for and we certainly made some memories ♥️

Perfect house for a group visit to Stratton.

Just minutes from the base of Stratton mountain, this was the perfect house for our group of 11 friends. The hot tub (probably the largest we have found in years of visiting Stratton) and fire pit area were ideal for the apres-ski celebrations and the large and open living / dining room area is even nicer than the pictures suggest (huge TV too!). We took full advantage of the grill and the house is generously stocked with everything a large group needs to cook and hang together (not always the case with past rentals). Casey, the host, was very responsive throughout and we would definitely return!

Holiday Week

This was an excellent property. It was clean, spacious and the owner was super responsive. He even left us some s’mores, wine and champagne for the New Year celebration. The house is very close to the mountain so the location is great. It also had an outdoor fire pit and a hot tub both of which provided extra enjoyment and were in very good shape. The living room is huge and allowed our family (and kids) to enjoy the space comfortably after a day of skiing. The owner clearly takes pride in his work and his property. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing home, we absolutely loved our stay for our group of 12 adults. Everyone slept comfortably and we had 3 bathrooms to shower in which was a plus. Best Host we ever came across, responsive and extremely nice. Due to the open concept in the living room and dinning room area we all felt very United. No one was ever alone in a corner, we really came together as friends/family. Stay more than two nights if possible, it’s definitely a worth it. Also the outdoor area is absolutely beautiful (photos don’t do justice) Jacuzzi is amazing! Worked great for us, no complaints. Will definitely come back :) We will recommend to family, friends and all of you:)

Fall friends get together

The property was very nice. Had a wonderful time playing board games, using the hot tub and Sauna for a long weekend with 9 friends. Plenty of space to sit and talk. There were a few issues that the owner was very responsive to and quickly resolved. Only listing misrepresentation is the Fireplace - it is not to be used because a large TV was installed above it. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect VT House!

We stayed at the home in VT with our children. The home is well appointed, clean, and very comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need. There is a beautiful new hot tub in a spacious back yard and a sauna--the perfect getaway combination. The house is close to the access road and mountain with ample parking. The open and main living spaces have plenty of seating. There are enough bathrooms for bedrooms, and you can spread out and find your own space. Notably, this property was pet friendly. The property owner, Casey, was very easy to communicate and he was always available. We hope to stay here again!
