”The rooms were huge, but there were no products stocked and we had to call and ask for shampoo/soaps upon arrival. I love the robes that are put in the room. Other downside is that the wifi didn’t work in the rooms. Only upset was that the lodge staff and the cafe staff were not friendly at all. The girls that were working the desk at check in were incredibly rude. They would rather be on their phones or talk about how they weren’t paid enough/something regarding pay. Nobody ever acknowledged us...

”Very welcoming inn. The staff was super helpful. Our room was very nice and clean. It was just as represented in the photographs. We had some down time and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit at the end of a ski day and then read for a while in the common space before dinner reservations. The entire place was very warm and comfortable. Plenty of on site parking and easy access to the mountain shuttle and the village center. We loved it! ”

”Stayed in February for easy access to skiing at Mount Snow. Hideaway Inn is 2 minutes from Mount Snow and a confortable place to stay. Basic accomodations in winter but you have everything you need in a room. Beverages in common area and helpfull staff. Very pleasant check in and check out. Overall, great experience and will stay again.”

”The pool was very enjoyable and so was the fitness room. My teen son and I had a suite with a king size bed and pull out sofa. The jacuzzi tub was amazing, but the walk in shower and the water pressure were what I enjoyed in our room the most.”

”My Room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed, couch and comfortable reading chair. The staff was very polite and accommodating, also helpful with dining recommendations. It was also close to skiing, as I desired. It was a very good value and I was very comfortable during my stay. I would definitely stay there again.”
