âWe visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.â

âThis place probably has the worst quality/price rating ever. Rooms are small, worn out and dirty. Bed was very worn out with a very poor mattress. Only entertainment in the room was the Holy Bible that was left laying on the table. There were even no glasses on the room (are we supposed to drink straight from the tap?).
When we arrived to the place, we were directed to a room that was not cleaned. When going back to the reception, they appologized and gave us another room.

âVery clean accommodations and a very kind and friendly host in Lisa. Nice breakfasts prepared by Lisa in a cozy dining and living room area. We really appreciated the hot tub at the end of a day after a long hike. Great location on the ski hill. The beds themselves need to be updated as they are saggy in the middle and rather uncomfortable. â

âAs always, Hampton Inn are great. I think Iâm reliable, super comfortable, good breakfast. What makes this location stand out was the really outstanding customer service. Everyone was so helpful and engaging and funny! Which always helps. So, weâll definitely be back.â
