”We stayed in the 8-room converted barn. The room very large and a pleasant surprise featuring a great view, soaking tub in the living area, gas fireplace, and a very comfortable king bed. I would give Windham Hill Inn five stars, but I deducted a star because of a clogged bathroom sink, a difficult to control HVAC system, and live and dead bugs in the room. Although somewhat dated, the room was spectacular for the price. ”

”This place probably has the worst quality/price rating ever. Rooms are small, worn out and dirty. Bed was very worn out with a very poor mattress. Only entertainment in the room was the Holy Bible that was left laying on the table. There were even no glasses on the room (are we supposed to drink straight from the tap?). ”David greeted me warmly and gave so much local information. I asked about the EV charger and although it was in use when we got there, it was available and so convenient when we got back from dinner. He even offered to move us to a room closer to the charger, but I said not to bother. The building is not so big that it is any inconvenience to walk the length of the building. Bottom line, we have been pleased so far. It's a shame we are only here for one night. This would be a great home base...

”The house was excellent and the view of the pond was amazing! But what we appreciated the most was Michele's help and communication about the snowstorm that was set to hit the area. She had excellent info and advice and was able to move our stay up a day so we could stay ahead of the storm. We had a great trip to Vermont and very much appreciate her help!”

”At first it was difficult to get in touch with the owners, as the number listed on some sights is the older number. Once I did they were wonderful. They took their time to think of everything to make your stay comfortable. So many little details! The town is so lovely - old victorian style and the house is walkable to a few restaurants. Great to have a mini kitchen available to use, with a big fridge to store items, while also a mini fridge in the room. Look forward to staying here again next...

”My husband and I wanted a relaxing few days to get away from our hectic lives. This small cabin was perfect, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Reading a book on the screened in porch with a cup of coffee was my favorite part. It is a quiet place in the woods but close to many small and quaint towns to visit in Vermont.
