The open living area features another Fire TV, plush seating, and views of the pool and canal. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals, with both indoor and screened outdoor dining options.

Remote workers and traveling professionals will appreciate the high-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, and peaceful neighborhood — perfect for longer stays.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and property — including the pool, front and back lanai, canal, garage, and all amenities.
Self check-in is simple with a smart lock, and you’ll enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay.

• Seasonal pool heating is available for $200 per stay — please request at least 1 day before arrival.
If your stay is longer than one week, we’ll adjust the rate fairly for your booking.
• Pets allowed $200 pet fee.
If you are bringing your furry friend:
Please be respectful of the property by keeping your pet off the furniture and picking up after them outside. We love animals and want to continue being able to offer your furry friends at our home. Any damages caused by your pet, a fee will be charged.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM to respect our friendly neighborhood.
• Just off Old 41, you’ll find quaint local shops, cafés, and restaurants, as well as Riverside Park with a music venue and community events — all within minutes.
