THE LAYOUT

Located at the back of the home with water views, the spacious primary bedroom suite is a tranquil retreat with a king bed and sliding doors leading directly to the lanai. The large ensuite bathroom features dual vanities, a glass walk-in shower, soaking tub, and ample walk-in closet space. First guest suite is down the hall offering a queen bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, ideal for visiting younger guests. The adjacent full bathroom has a combination shower/tub. Open the French doors into the den/study with desk, ideal for the executive that needs an occasional break from the recreation to get some work done. Study also has a pullout, queen-sized sofa to accommodate additional guests.

• 2nd Guest Bedroom: Twin Bed (2), Street View – Sleeps 2
• Den/Study: Queen Sofa Bed (2), Street View – Sleeps 2
