Great Property

This is a beautiful property for a family stay. Quiet neighborhood right on the canal. Great back yard with a pool/hot tub and nice grilling/bar area. We caught fish off the dock and even trapped blue crab with crab traps that were on the property. We plan on returning in the future.

So close to Bonita Beach

This house had everything and more. The pool and dock area were so fun and relaxing. We caught blue crab in the crab traps and even saw an alligator swim by.

Best location great stay

Amazing quiet oasis. Rodney is a great host with a great property. Set back off the imperial river, this a is spot to relax in your own oasis. Tiki bar and pool were perfect for our family and we had a blast BBQing and swimming. Highly recommended spot that we will be coming back to.

Property is beautiful - pool and backyard is peaceful and relaxing - kitchen has everything you need and the beds are so comfortable. Location is great, you are close to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely be returning.

Backyard resort

It was the backyard that sold me on this home but the interior was amazing as well. 90 degree temps were not even felt due to the shady pergola and the cool breezes off the water. Large pool the whole family could enjoy along with the outdoor bar made this a perfect gathering place. Rodney was a pleasure - quick responses to any questions I had and easy check in and out. Would definitely come back!

Vacation perfection

This property is absolutely perfect for families! The outdoor living space was so fun. We caught blue crabs in the traps that were there. We went to a local bait shop and bought live shiners and shrimp and caught 5 different species of fish, right off the private dock!! The pool and hot tub get sunshine all day and was the perfect alternative to the beach. The beach was 5 minutes away on the days we ventured out. Barefoot beach preserve is a must see, beautiful beach and ocean only $8 to park and some days were free! ALDIs and many other stores are 2 minutes from the house if needed! The neighbourhood is super quiet and quaint perfect for low key families.

Beautiful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over spring break! Our family of 6 stayed here (4 kids 7-13). Everyone LOVED the gorgeous backyard! The hot tub and pool were fantastic. My daughter caught a lady fish out of the canal in back, and my son caught some blue crab in the traps they had at the house. We ate and grilled out at the outdoor snack bar area quite a few times! The house was super nice, and clean. We loved the ease of communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again, we travel to SW Florida every spring break, I think this was our favorite! Great location as well!

What a pool!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The backyard is absolutely fabulous! Enjoyed having our coffee outside in the morning, watching a dolphin swim into the canal. Dinner under the pergola. The inside is spacious with views to the beautiful pool. Comfortable beds. Friendly neighborhood.

Best Property

We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s, this one is in my Top 3. Beautiful, updated home in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were great, outdoor area was perfect to relax in. We saw dolphins in the bay, turtles and crabs. 5 starts for sure. All of the amenities we needed. We wish we would’ve stayed longer!

Tiki oasis

The backyard pool with grill/tiki/bar area on the canal, places this property a level above others. Great for families or couples. Clean and the decor/interior looks brand new. All supplies needed were available. Would definitely visit again and recommend this property to others.

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved the house and the backyard pool/spa oasis! It was super close to the beach but we enjoyed the pool so much we spent more time there. The renovations that have been done were so nice and Beautiful! Loved this house!
