Just minutes to the Gulf, either by boat or car, this is the perfect spot for water & beach-loving guests; an included kayak and stand-up paddleboard allows you to enjoy the water - whether you choose to dock a boat or not! (Please note: the boat dock is shared with the guests on both sides of the duplex; each side has a kayak and stand-up paddleboard for their dedicated use.) A pair of bikes are also provided for you to explore the neighborhood.
Dining, shopping and many of the things that make SW Florida such a popular vacation destination are easily within a half hour drive from the home.

Spacious lawn area along the point, where the Bay and canal meet, with almost 300' of total frontage; direct Gulf access from the Bay through Wiggins Pass; boat dock for tie up accommodates an 18'-24' boat for fishing, wildlife sighting, or just relaxing along the water; boat lift is not available for use.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a swimming pool on the property, HOWEVER, it is reserved for the exclusive use of the guests in unit "A" and is NOT INCLUDED in the rental of this unit.
A kayak, stand-up paddleboard, 2 bikes and propane grill are provided for guest use, exclusive to this unit; the purchase of propane, if needed is the quest's responsibility
