With a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, three heated pools on-site, self check-in with keyless entry, and the beach just across the street — this charming studio checks every box for a seamless, comfortable Florida escape for up to 4 guests.



Maintenance to the property grounds, landscaping and irrigation systems are currently ongoing.



On-site amenities include two pickle-ball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations).

THE SPACE



This bright, well-appointed studio flows naturally from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space — everything thoughtfully arranged for easy, relaxed vacation living.



The living area offers full dining for 4, a queen sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV with cable. Step through the full glass sliding doors onto the screened lanai, comfortably furnished for seating, conversation, and soaking up the Florida atmosphere.



Sleep soundly on a king-size bed freshly made with hotel-quality linens, with a spacious walk-in closet to keep your belongings organized throughout the stay.



The fully tiled, oversized walk-in shower makes the bathroom feel like a genuine upgrade, with all bath and beach towels included for your stay.



The kitchen goes well beyond what you'd expect in a studio — a full-size refrigerator/freezer, smooth-top oven, and microwave are paired with a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, and a full complement of small appliances. Easy mornings, easy meals, no stress.
