”I loved the location. Step across the street and you are on the beach. Top floor of the building too. I knew ahead of time that the building is mid construction from the hurricane still. I was fine with that. The host can’t change that. I was happy with the price that he offered. It was loud at the building during working hours. Once again I was forwarned of this and I agreed to it. Overall a great stay for the price that it was offered at.”

”We were at the Bonita Bay Club for a wedding. The condo was conveniently located near the front gate. We were able to walk to all of the onsite events. The condo was well appointed with linens, beach chairs, cleaning supplies etc”

”we had to get a exterminator , the plumbing in one of the bathrooms had to be fixed, the comforter on the bed was soiled. we found 3 dead roaches inside the property. the door stop was broken so we could not open the door. would not rent this condo again.”

”This is a wonderful property in gated community that offers tremendous comfort, great walking paths, pool and hot tub. Bonita Springs has excellent restaurants, close to shopping and Tamiami takes you to Naples or Ft Meyers in just about 20-40 minutes. Love this area!”

”Annual girls trip to beach. The shuttle to beach was well planned and drivers were great. With the private beach closed for construction the alternate beach plan was great.”
