”Still a lot of hurricane reconstruction on property as of March 2025, disappointed that the pools were not open, otherwise unit was clean, worked well for our stay.”

”We had a great stay. We loved the proximity to the beach and the beach equipment that was available at our disposal. The keylock initially was a bit of a challenge but we eventually mastered it. A suggestion perhaps would be to offer a kettle but other than that we loved our stay. We would stay here again.”

”We had an amazing stay. We stayed for 5 nights in August with kids ranging from 5-13. The pools were amazing. The kids were thrilled to find pool and beach toys readily available. Restaurants, shops and the beach nearby. Thomas was a pleasure to have as a host. He always responded quickly, checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and was so nice to talk to.”

”It was perfect for me and my three boys. We didnt rent a car and beach and two separate restaurants were a quick walk. Had to uber 3 miles for groceries, but was easy enough.”

”We stayed a week in Bonita Springs. The Tennks club condo was perfect for two. Right across the street from Bonita Beach and Doc’s beach House Bar and restaurant. Walking to beach and no parking worries was wonderful! The kitchen is very nice, has everything. The lanai is nice. Super comfy king bed. They had beach towels, chairs, toys. Etc. It will be even better when the pools get to open (waiting on inspection) and grounds and atrium fully restored. Nice place. We’d go back. ”
