”We stayed here during our KC trip for the Big 12 basketball tournament. Overall it was a good experience. The property was as advertised and had the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. All appliances and home systems worked great. If you have more than 2 people, it is noteworthy that one of the bedrooms is basically the dining room. Also the neighborhood is a little rough which may be hard to know before booking if it is your first time in KC, but we had no issues or negative experiences...

”The property was lovely. My criteria is always cleanliness, good plumbing, and a working heater or AC. Check, check, and check. The neighborhood was quiet, and parking with one car was easy. Thoroughly recommend! ”

”The stay was great! The host was great with communication and was very understanding. We had a small misunderstanding with the neighbor, but the host was very kind about it! The place had lots of room and enough for 8 people which we had. Some of the beds were firm and slightly uncomfortable, but not horrible at all. Would totally stay here again! ”

”Very receptive host both before and during our stay. Stayed there for work based on the great location - close to I-35 as well as 3 parks within a few blocks of the house (bonus for our dog walks). House had everything we needed for our 2 1/2 week stay (obviously we bought our own groceries, but basics were provided!) ”
