Someone left their dog in the hotel room alone so that it could bark and throw a fit for two hours in the middle of the night The walls were so thin that there were a couple of guys in the room next to us who obviously had not seen each other in years. ”People were smoking in the elevators. I let them know about the elevators and they seemed unbothered. Our refrigerator didn't work at all and the TV worked when it wanted to. I could have complained but it wasn't worth having to move rooms. I did let them know when we checked out. Saturday night there was someone who looked homeless passed out on the bench outside. ”

”The hotel is clean and pet friendly. There is a $150 hold which I wasn't aware of, so I called the front desk from my room to ask about the charge on my credit card. The person said that I needed to come to the front desk. She was very condescending while explaining the charge. ”

”The room was clean. The complimentary coffee and tea bar that's open 24/7 was TOP NOTCH. The shuttle service was TOP NOTCH (We were glad for this service). Also we parked our car at the hotel for a fee, and felt that the area was a safe place for our vehicle to be parked. Our room was on the ground level and was near to an exit door; and this was really noisy. We might have been okay if our room had been up a floor and not near an exit door.”

”Very impressed. Rooms was clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Restaurant was good. I liked the balcony opening up to the courtyard. It was much nicer than most of the big chain hotels I usually stay at. The ladies at the desk got me checked in quickly. Parking lot is small but they do have overflow or long term parking behind the building that requires your key card. ”

”Clean, staff seemed new maybe… the lady at check in was confident in her answers- although she kept getting corrected by a gentleman working with her. So- she didn’t know what was going on. The gentleman was correct in his advisement. Hot tub/pool was nice- we were just there on a very busy crowded weekend. ”
