”Floor in our room was not cleaned well as there were French fries, nuts and bottle caps on the floor. Electrical outlet in bathroom had no cover plate, no mirror in bathroom to be able to shave or put makeup on. Not enough counter top in bathroom. Fire alarm went off at 2:50am and according to guy who is staying there fore work said it’s the 7th time this moth. When fire truck showed up they didn’t even have lights or sirens going. They commented “not again”.”

”We ended up having to switch rooms because our air conditioner was not working, both rooms were dirty upon arrival. Food crumbs in both beds, food on the wall from where people threw it against it into the trash. Staff was super nice, pool was heated and quiet”

”One elevator was broken was a caos for moving in the hotel and Also everything is so expensive no make sense the prices for one night 600$ total no desire to go again”

”The staff was amazing but place is rundown and needs to be taken better care of. Bed had a massive indentation where guests have slept previously.”

”Ok first of all when I first got there the room they gave me was not clean the second room they gave me the shower in the bathroom didn't work the third room and final room that they gave me the TV wouldn't work the staff kept transfer me rooms did not and was not apologetic to the inconvenience it was causing very very bad experience”

”Everything was in perfect order except the hot tub which was out of order. Everything was clean and the room was not disturbed when we asked for it until we checked out after the third day.”

”The room smelled like a combination of ammonia, dog urine and a cleaning agent that didn’t cover the smells. The water pressure was very low in shower and previous hairs left in shower and toilet area”
