”The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location was great for what we needed. Having the transit train right across the street made it very convenient to be able to go to T-Mobile Park for the baseball game. I like that they have a shuttle to the mall for free. Only thing I would like is to have a free breakfast rather than having to pay for it.”

”The hotel is a bit of a drive to restaurants and gas so when traveling this is not a great location. The large number of trains and auto traffic at night made it difficult to sustain sleep even with ear plugs. Bed comfortable, room was clean.”

”Bed was dirty, covered in hair all over sheets, no proper sheet on one bed. Mold in washroom in shower, we switched rooms took over 45 min for them to switch us. Hallways had weird smell and was very strong, daughter left swimsuit in old room and we called and they said they would have someone check no one ever got back to us, called again they told me to go to findyouritems.com but we dont live in seattle so we left next day and asked again said she was getting someone to check and nothing...

”This property needs soo much maintenance. I was very disappointed, upset, not satisfied at what so ever. I checked in I was placed in a room where the shower had no shower nob it was broken, no hair dryer, not enough towels. Front staff very helpful got me and my family into a different room. Little better but then the tv wasn’t working tv was just sat in top of a drawer. Plugs not working. I will not be staying their future thumbs down”
