Asunnot – Boone

”I booked this apartment for a quick Thanksgiving vacation with my TWO young children, driving from Miami to North Carolina for the first time. The listing never stated anything about being under construction, but when we arrived the apartment decking area was completely unsafe and unfinished. The upper deck had NO railing, tools and materials were all over the entrance way, crews were on site at 0745 working and making noise, cutting wood, heavy machinery etc. Unfortunately it did not meet basic...

”It was an amazing stay, the amenities were amazing and the spot was nice and cozy not to mention decorated well! The only small complaint is the beds were a bit tiny for anyone over 6ft tall, which happened to be for both of us. But it was still manageable. Overall would stay again!”

”Unit was clean with easy access on ground floor and while not super spacious it was adequate and comfortable. Decor was nice and there were a few extra amenities like cozy blankets, puzzles/games, books. We do not ski but in my opinion it would be a 30 min or so drive to where you would. Master bath is small but adequate and clean. Second bath more roomy. Heat was hard to regulate and gas fireplace did not work even with instructions (which were confusing) given for lighting pilot which we could...

”This studio is spacious and cozy. We loved the thoughtful decor and comfortable bed. The location couldn't be better, we did not have to move our car all weekend in that everything is within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! ”

”This place was advertised as a “Cozy Mountain Get Away.” We left after 30 minutes of being there. The outside of the property was dirty. There was a drop ceiling with tiles not properly in place. One of the queen beds was so old//uncomfortable that no one could have slept on it. There was broken furniture in the house. There was furniture randomly scattered about the house. The television turned on but did not work in any functional way. When I asked the property owner, the response was,...

Loved the direct access to the ski slopes, and condo was located right next to clubhouse with indoor pool, which our kids really enjoyed. We loved the detailed check-in instructions, and our entire stay was seamless. Condo had everything we needed and was perfect size. We'll be staying here on our next ski trip for sure! ”
