”Fantastic stay. Room was modern and comfortable. Very clean in the room and everywhere else. The staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. The view was amazing and we had a very pleasant stay”

”Front Reception was excellent!
From that point on everything went down hill.
A very run down room with a dirty window looking over the car park. Threadbare carpet and frayed edges of the mattress hanging down. Dated decor and a less than pristine bathroom with a disgusting non slip mat! Really!
Loud music played in the breakfast room.

”It is a lovely property on a great location. It works like a well oiled machine until you ask for something out of the ordinary.
Porridge made with normal milk was too challenging I felt.
Yes they would be showing the England match - so we cancelled our booking elsewhere. Then they didn’t show it.”

”We had a wonderful stay at Lakes Hotel & Spa. The location is perfect, with stunning views that made our trip feel extra special. Our accommodation was comfortable, modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break.
A special mention must go to the concierge team, who were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
