It is comprised of:

• an entry hallway



• a reception room with a sofa, a coffee table, 2 arm chairs, a dining table for 4 people, a TV, internet/wifi and a desk



• an independent kitchen fully equipped, with an oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hobs, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and all the necessary to cook



• a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a cupboard and a chest of drawers



• a shower room with a basin, a small storage cabinet, a towel dryer and a hairdryer



• a separated toilet

Apartment equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The linen is supplied (sheets, towels and cloths) and beds are made up for your arrival.





 

Extra fees :


Late arrivals, supplements apply:

30€ between 8pm and 10pm,


50€ between 10pm and 11pm,


80€ after 11pm.

Check-out/check-in: until 11am maximum.


Depending on the agreed time, we'll meet you at the apartment to collect the keys.

Sundays and public holidays:


If you plan to arrive or depart on a Sunday or a French calendar holiday, a surcharge of €30 applies, to be paid on arrival.

Cleaning:


The price for cleaning in the advertisement corresponds to a stay of less than two weeks. 


If your stay is longer than two weeks, the price of cleaning will be doubled. You will be asked to pay the balance. 


Example: in a case where the initial cleaning is 60€, for more than two weeks, it will be 120€.

A little bit of History:


Turenne's road is located closed to the Palais Gallien and the allées de Tourny. The impressive Palais Gallien, late 2nd century amphitheatre (130 m long, 110 m wide) is the only Gallo-Roman monument still visible in Bordeaux. Houses were built on part of the site in the 18th century. The allées de Tourny are promenades laid out by the Marquis de Tourny. Buildings on the even-numbered side designed by André Portier (1744-1757).
