We were flying in from overseas and only received our check-in info 4 hour prior to the check-in time. Communications with the owner, Lisa, were terrible. She claims to have not received a communication from me although I sent her a screenshot. She advised she was going to send me a screenshot of what she received but never followed through. I do hope she improves on this aspect for future guests. We decided not to stay at this property. Also it is in a residential area thus quite far from Bordeaux centre.
