”I did not stay the night. We checked out within an hour of check in. We did go the front desk and explain why the front desk lady was very understanding and the manager on the phone agreed it was ok to leave and we would be reimbursed. The front of the location did not look bad, but our room was in the back. The front of the room was littered with all sorts of trash overflowing from the trash can. Even the parking spot. There were shady characters lurking along the path to the rooms that...

”Very disapointed. The pictures are false the property need some TLC pool was a mess and we cleaned the leaves out and trash just so we could get cooled off. The bathroom had several cracks in the tiles mold around edges of shower. Just not up to what is posted on web site.
Would not stay with kids here again. Sorry

”Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. When I entered my room, I found it to be in an unsanitary condition and not properly cleaned or prepared for a guest. I was traveling with my children, including young children, and after arriving expecting a safe and clean place to rest, I was shocked that I had to clean the room myself.

”This place is a gem– – a beautifully preserved building that dates back to the colonial era which nonetheless provides all modern conveniences. It’s only a stone’s throw from the center of town on a lovely leafy street. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We’re looking forward to our next visit. If you require an elevator, be warned – – this hotel does not have one. We did not mind bringing our bags up to our third-floor room, but that might be a problem for others.”
