Agri Loft Palm is one of the new Agri Lofts with gardens recently created by Allavena 1831. The goal is to offer guests a peaceful stay in the Sasso Valley, famous for its proximity to the sea yet boasting a lush, family-friendly countryside. It is part of a complex comprising five similar yet distinct units. Each unit features a private garden separated by hedges. Access to the property is via stairs; which lead into the shared garden with flower beds and gravel paths; from there, you reach the private gardens, through which you enter the apartments. In the private garden, separated from the others by hedges, there is a dining table with chairs so you can enjoy a peaceful meal outdoors

The property is very close to the sea, the railroad tracks, and the main road.

At check-in, guests must pay in cash the city’s tourist tax, which is 2 per day per person for the first 6 nights of the stay; please note that guests under the age of 14 are exempt from this fee. An old farmhouse has just been renovated to create accommodations that meet our guests’ needs. Five lofts have been created to welcome guests in a vintage rural setting, yet close to the sea. Each unit features a private garden separated by a hedge, a living area with a kitchenette, a sofa bed with two single beds, a TV, a dining table and chairs, and a bathroom. The sleeping area, accessible via the stairs shown in the photo, includes a double bed, a closet, and a desk.
