"At check in we were directed to our room, in completely the wrong direction.. ended up on quite the mission. Then on entering our room there was a poo in the toilet - not great! The room was hot with no air con, and one of the windows didn't open at all. There was a fan in the room which was appreciated. ..."

"Great gym, nice pool, good breakfast and a nice English breakfast. Everything was great apart from not having a direct access to train/bus station (bus connection from nearby still OK), and the view from the window wasn't the prettiest. Excellent value."

"Old facilities and our toilet was broken and not flushing properly. ALternative was to go to another toilet outside the room during the night. All was well until spoke to the customer service who was reproachful and trying her best to get off the phone to help."
