Through the spacious entrance area with a wardrobe and shoe rack, you enter a bright and sunny living/dining room of approximately 30 square meters. Besides a large dining table with six chairs, you can relax on the comfortable sofa. Here you'll find a LOEWE flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth hi-fi system that also receives internet radio. It's the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the mornings while taking in the view of the lovely garden.

From the living room, you can access the secluded southwest-facing balcony overlooking the greenery. Comfortable loft-style furniture and a parasol are provided.

The master bedroom features a double bed with two bedside tables and a large wardrobe.

For children, there is a separate sleeping area (ceiling height 1.55 meters) with two beds in the converted attic. This room also includes a PlayStation and cozy beanbag chairs for relaxing undisturbed.

The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard and includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and much more.
... The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower screen and two sinks. The bathroom and toilet are separate.

The apartment features parquet flooring and is approximately 85 square meters.
