”Ufff they need a lot of training in several areas in the hotel specially in cleaning and maintenance
Actitude of some of the staff but there is not much to choose from regarding hotels in Sarajevo”

”We stayed in Hotel Europe for few nights. Expected a 5 star hotel but got much less.
Cons:
-Noicy night club down stairs
-WiFi didn't work in the room
-disturbingly strong sent of parfume in the room (possibly to cover cigarette smell)
-rude receptionists
-no one in the spa to sell servces
-weak breakfast
Pros:
-Nice location
-Fluffy blanket
Go for Marriot or Swiss hotel”

”Excellent location in the old town and by the river. Clean and comfortable rooms with a nice view. The only complaint I had was the poor quality of the breakfast, but the overall experience made up for it. ”
